wow, what a week. i’ve been balls-to-the-wall slamming out code for the jbosside-aop plugin, in preparation for atlanta next week. This weekend will be no different.. I still have to finish up a proposal, and somehow work in a presentation. One man shouldn’t be able to do this much at one time and still be sane.i put up a demo of the current functionality, to hopefully get some positive fanfare.. we’ll see the verdict soon.

after i get back from atlanta next week, paige and i are off to sunny california for a nice 2 week excursion from dallas. we hope to spend time with just about everyone we can there.. including opie, shauna, brian and the rest of the mojo gang, paige’s old friends, jim, jimmy and his new fiance, katie.. the list goes on. unfortunately though, i won’t be able to call this a true “vacation”, as I’ll still be working full time hours on jboss while i’m out there. most of the time i’ll be spending will be nights..

jboss joins the eclipse consortium. i’m glad this is finally out in the public, i’ve been reading a few forums with feedback about it, and the reaction seems to be extremely positive so far. most java developers i know have a hard on for jboss, and eclipse alike.. the marriage is just utter bliss. and i’m in the center of it. can you say narcisistic? i knew you could.
